I am a Medical Assistant who fell in love with Holistic Health. I started working in Functional Medicine where I taught people how to heal their gut and the powerful impact of good nutrition. As I saw very sick people get healed through a well balanced diet, I started implementing this lifestyle in my own home. 

I had struggled with gut issues for years which left me bloated, dealing with brain fog, and inflammation. Also, my husband was dealing with fatigue and joint pain. 

As we changed the food we ate, our lives changed. My husband, and I had energy from the moment we woke up, until bed time. Our sleep was better and our bodies didn't hurt anymore due to inflammation. We could think with clarity, and actually loved working out. All of my gut issues were gone!

Because I saw how good nutrition dramatically changed my own life and many others', I am passionate about helping people take their health back one meal at a time. 

This started me on a journey of teaching people  how to heal their gut, get free from sickness, and make eating healthier foods simple and delicious! 

I also teach the importance of good nutrition, how to shop for real food, and how to meal prep to save time, money, and energy through Demo classes in my City KCMO, personal Cheffing  for clients, and I have a subscription plan that teaches you how to make delicious, healthier options month to month through step by step recipe, videos, grocery lists and tips on how to shop. Food should be fun, simple, and nourishing to our bodies.
